We're more than just hot noods and steamy broth.
We’re a family. Our flagship ramen shop, Ika Ramen and Izakaya, is located in the heart of downtown Benson, Nebraska. Ika San (it’s little bigger sister) now lives in downtown Omaha, Nebraska in the Old Market with additional locations at Shadow Lake Towne Center in Papillion, Village Pointe in Omaha and South Pointe in Lincoln.
How it all started
Our story begins way back in 2012 when we first introduced our idea to Omaha. Back then our owner operated a high end fusion-style seafood restaurant. As a special treat, every Sunday he began enticing customers with his unique version of Ramen. This continued on for years until Omaha was ready for it’s first Ramen forward establishment.
In 2015 we opened Ika Ramen and Izakaya in a tiny space just off the Benson strip. It took only 2 years for us to decide we needed to be even closer to the nightlife of Benson. In 2017 we moved into the first restaurant space and things escalated quickly. Now we operate five Ika branded establishments in Benson, Downtown, Shadow Lake Towne Center, Village Pointe, and our newest in Lincoln, but the same grit and determination that got us here still remains.
