Ika Ramen and Izakaya is located in the heart of Benson while Ika San (it’s big sister) now lives downtown in the Old Market with an additional location at Shadow Lake Towne Center and aims to bring the ramen and izakaya style to Omaha. Though our Ramen offerings are said to be “slammin'” our menu boasts many other dishes like Donburi (or rice) and Poke bowls. With hip-hop blasting on the sound system and graffiti style murals splayed all over the walls, we hope to bring a hip and intimate twist to traditional izakayas of Japan.

But we're so much
more than just ramen.
We’re full of attitude, tradition, and pride. Oh, and also Donburi, Gyoza, Poke, and a whole multitude of Small Plates. As a rule, traditional izakayas offered much more than just ramen. They were a gathering spot to drink and eat with friends after a hard day. Or an easy day. Or really any day for that matter.
